Membership Disclaimer
• Membership certificates required for some classifications.
• Non-resident members must not occupy housing in Black Hawk County or any county contiguous.
• Initiation fees apply to all golfing memberships. This fee is payable with application.
• Membership classifications are based on the oldest spouse.
• First year memberships will be pro rated from the date of Board acceptance. All golfing memberships are for a full calendar year beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
• Social, Social-Pool, and Non-Resident members are billed annually each January.
• The Board of Directors must approve all new memberships.
• The Board of Directors may close any or all classes of membership at any time.
• All memberships must remain current and in good standing on all club accounts.
• The Board of Directors may at any time suspend membership to any member. This action would be the result of the Board of Directors determining incompatibility or that continuing to extend membership rights would call the club’s integrity into question. Unused dues may be refunded at this time.
• Resignations or Membership Changes must be submitted by December 31 for the following calendar year. There will be no mid-term resignations except under special circustances as identified in the by-laws.
• Intermediate and Junior members will be moved to the next class and billing will reflect that move on January 1 following the respective birthday. The age of the oldest spouse will be the controlling factor for married participants.
• Golfing members who request and are granted inactive status may return in one year to their prior level of membership unless their current age would affect their membership class.
• All dues and assessments are subject to sales tax.
